lifting heavy things


Have you ever lift heavy objects? The following may be things that you experienced when lifting heavy objects. 
1. Sore muscles 
2. Neck spasms 
3. Facial expression unusual
And much more. 
What was the result? of course you will feel very tired and your muscles will be sore. Here are some tips to lift heavy objects. 

1. Focus 
This is an absolute requirement if you want to lift heavy objects. Why do you have to focus, because your energy will be used entirely to lift heavy objects. If you do not focus, most likely you will feel pain in your muscles. 

2. Do not use unnecessary muscles 
This may sound a little strange, but try not to use the muscles that are not required to lift heavy objects. Why? Returning to the previous explanation that the muscles convulse unneeded will only make you become unfocused.And use all the muscles needed only to lift the object. For example: if you want to lift gas cylinders 12 Kg, then the muscle you need is: hands, legs, and stomach. 

3. Set breath with regular 
To produce more power and steady. 
Regular breath is needed. Do not be too quick and also not too slow. Adjust according to your convenience
