Drink a glass of warm lemon tea plus honey severeal minutes before you get on the transportation. the lemon will help you to relax your mind and also the body from motion sickness
if you think lemon won't help you, sleep while you are on the way. motion sickness is happened because you see around you while in the transportation.
if necessary, sit in the front row, this will help you to focus to the way ahead
this is the last and not recommended suggestion : use anti motion sickness medicine.
